+Netansett maintains an active military force which has been considered highly instrumental in the Netanic political sphere, with many Autocrats coming from military backgrounds and many non-planter elites claiming descent from prominent Netanic generals from the mid-19th Century. Although the Dominion Force has been largely inactive as a fighting force for many years, it has since entered into active military service with the advent of the [[Algosh coup]] in the 2010s and the subsequent skirmishes between Netansett and [[Algoquona]] as part of [[the Deluge]]. These skirmishes have also necessitated a much-needed program of modernization along Occidental lines as the lack of military action for many years have essentially made the Dominion Forces into almost like a ceremonial armed forces. Since Occidentalization, the Dominion Forces has been subdivided into the [[Netanic Dominion Army]], and the [[Netanic Dominion Air Force]]. These modernizations were quick and effective to the point that Netansett was able to participate in and becoming one of the victors of the [[Final War of the Deluge]].
