Cahocanqa, officially the Sister City of Cahocanqa, is located in the Karpakuna of Cahocanqa. It is the serving capital of Canespa and holds much religious importance in the nation. Its the largest city in Canespa both population and size wise when factoring in the Metropolitan area. It sits on the intersection of the Papa River and its Tributary the Pachamama River. Cohocanqa makes up the entirety of the Karpakuna of Cahocanqa with the division having much less autonomy from the federal government of Canespa.
History
Establishment
Cahocanqa was first settled by the wandering Papa tribe in the vary early days of Canespa around 1000 BCE as archeological evidence shows. According to legend Makhuanine herself blessed seven cities with eternal harvests that would provide enough food to last for centuries so long as they each worshiped and respected a characteristic of her. The seven cities were Akanta, Bakqar, Cahocanqa, Tepetlcali, Kaigwa, Netalia, and Zepticaqa. These so called sister cities were some of the largest and most politically important cities on the subcontinent and they would be for centuries. The only one remaining is Cahocanqa which has eternally worshiped the connection of Makhuanine. With Tepetlcali and Kaigwa falling during the Second Occidental Invasion as its known in Canespan society.

Cahocanqa is distinctly almost 100% M'acunist with 97.9% of the population following the M'acunist faith. This makes Cahocanqa one of the most religious cities within Canespa as it is distinct religious culture from the rest of the country. Around 92% of the M'acunist population within Cahocanqa mainly follows the teachings of the Plant School with the Nature school trailing at 6.5%
