Usage
This is a template for in-text linking to non-English Wikipedia in articles, as using Template:wpl can only be used for the English Wikipedia.
Like the other Wikipedia templates, it's best to use this template sparingly.
If the name of the Wikipedia article is the same as the desired text of the link, use just
{{wplang|language code|name of Wikipedia article}}
See list of Wikipedia language codes
For example,
{{wplang|de|Ziege}}
results in Ziege
If you want to put some other text in the link or format it in some special way, you need to pass it as the third parameter:
{{wplang|language code|name of Wikipedia article|''alternative'' text}}
For example,
{{wplang|de|Ziege|German Wikipedia page for goat}}
results in German Wikipedia page for goat
Unfortunately, if you have an article with spaces in the title, you need to replace them with _
underscores:
{{wplang|de|Samuel_Hahnemann|Samuel Hahnemann}}
or the non-breaking space HTML code ( ):
{{wplang|de|Samuel Hahnemann}}
The image used in this template is File:Wikipedia's W.svg.
