The '''Blood Fane of Buruso''' is an Arzalist temple in [[Liyu]] dedicated to both the Blood God and to the Varshani ruler Buruso IV. Rediscovered and partially restored in the 1990's, researchers maintain it was built on the site of the final defeat of the Kulukusi civilization and used to stage massive blood sacrifices and rituals. After visiting [[Mount Sekot]] some of the more martial oriented Zurg's traveled to the Blood Fane as part of their religious pilgrimages, carving up the heart of a member of the warrior caste and consecrating it to the Blood God and Buruso's memory.
