While in [[Stenza]] he partnered with known con man [[Tony Yoink]] to open up a business consulting agency called [[Nautilus Enterprises]]. Darro's firm became a front for all manner of illegal schemes from the smuggling of gold, investment scams and fraudulent land deals. A few years later Derro and [[Nautilus Enterprises]] would be accused by Stenzan authorities of being party to insider trading and other serious financial crimes. Derro presumably jumped bail and left [[Stenza]] before reappearering in [[Daxia]]n territory in 2024. He resurfaced again in [[Zhijun]] possibly after another miraculous luggage escapade and resumed his public lifestyle, now having somehow been named Deputy Minister of Resource Extraction of the island's administration and with his pending corruption charges in [[Crona]] mysteriously dropped. The authorities in [[Zhijun]] have refused to consider extradition to [[Stenza]] to testify in the criminal investigations against him citing [[Daxia]]n law prohibiting extradition of citizens to foreign nations. [[Nautilus Enterprises]] was reactivated in 2021 and apparently operates in [[Daxia]] and its territories without any issues.
