The '''Toğors''' are another of the {{wp|itinerant}} Mainland Coscivian peoples of the [[Levantia]]n continent. In the simplified form of Coscivian caste hierarchy conserved among the Mainland Coscivians, the Toğors are considered the most base and lowly of the several subgroups. Traditionally highly mobile even compared to other itinerant peoples, the Toğor custom was to set down for no longer than a week in any one place, though this has norm has relaxed greatly in modern times.

In mediæval times the Toğors were known as showmen, making their living as bagpipers, other pipers, {{wp|flatulist}}s, jugglers, animal tamers, etc. At least one is recorded as having ventured into {{wp|puppetry}}. The Toğor livelihood evolved in the later mediæval and early modern eras with the invention of the hurdy-gurdy and accordion and the rise of the circus, with which Toğor bands quickly involved themselves.

The Toğoric dialect is poorly studied, as its speakers refuse to share it with outsiders. It is believed to be largely mutually intelligible with the other itinerant Mainland Coscivian dialects and descend from the same unattested ancestral language spoken in late antique Suderavia.

Since [[Kiravian reunification]], some Toğors have migrated to Kiravia and its associated territories. Between two- and four thousand are estimated to live in [[New Ardmore]].
