Destransar is the capital and largest city of Sydona. It is a coastal city situated at the mouth of the River Kleva, last founded around 750 AD as a Khunyer settlement by the name of Füszesgyarmat. After its conquest by the Elamite Order the town was renamed Destransar in honour of a fallen Elamite knight-commander named Destran.

The population of Destransar is 52% Coscivian, XW% Khunyer, XY% Thrakoslav, and Z% from other ethnic backgrounds, including Audonian, Istroyan, and Leinish. Over 60% of the Coscivian population are Austral Coscivians or Thrakoscivians, while a large minority just under 40% are "Overseas Coscivians" (more recent migrants from other Kiravian regions or other Coscivian countries).
