The General Board of Commonwealth Concessions is an administrative entity that governs extra-territorial affairs of Fiannan Charter Cities in Alshar and Audonia these cities once concessions and treaty ports however, the GBCC still manages its affairs and business between Fiannria and Alshari and Audonian states to this day.
