Rouciennes Parish (Charentais: Paroisse Rouciennes) is a parish located in the state of Montecarlo in Cartadania. As of the 2020 census, the population was 1,104,913, making it Montecarlo's second-most populous parish. Its parish seat is the city of Charrice, which is the third-largest city in Montecarlo, with a population of approximately 300,000.
