21st Century Latifundicism is a architectural style that is common in Burgundie. It technically started in the 1990s but it did not take off until the early 2000s, hence its name. It is a blend of the passive cooling aspects of the classical latifundium and the Art Nouveau, Burgundie's "national" architectural style.
