Atoulia Al-Fassan (Coscivised to Atólia Fassan) was a Kiravian data analyst convicted of espionage for his covert surveillence of communications among high-level Kiravian officials and subsequent sale of the transcripts to a variety of buyers, including foreign governments, major corporations, and the Prohibition Party.

Early Life
Al-Fassan was born in Imyarasar, Trinatria to Hakim Al-Fassan and his wife Fatima Hatnuwahi. Both of his parents were immigrants from the Audonian despotate of Ba'alsaqistan, where they belonged to the oppressed Shi'a minority, and came to Kiravia with sponsorship from the Kiravian section of the Hurriyah World Foundation International, an transnational humanitarian organisation under the patronage of the Qustanti Caliph.
