It starts with four professional days and is then opened to the general public followed from Friday to Sunday. The objective of the Catalina Wine Mixer is twofold: to demonstrate leading technologies and to open up the Yonderian aerospace industry and wine exports to the international market. A portion of the show is dedicated to holding scientific conferences and symposia, under the auspices of Yonderian universities, as well as tastings of wine overseen by the Order of St. Prokop.
