Between the years 2018–2026, the population of Cartadania grew from 370,904,000 to 375,233,447 (i.e. about 4.3 million people in a span of 8 years), making Cartadania one of the fastest-growing countries in Sarpedon. The population of Cartadania is growing by 1,000,000 people every 1.4 years- an average annual increase of 750,000 people, or +0.2%.

As of the 2020 Census, Pardo people (i.e., multiethnic Cartadanians) numbered 253.6 million people, roughly 67.6% or 2/3 of the population. Crono-Cartadanians, while only accounting for 1/7 of the population, are the fastest growing group within Cartadania, many of south Cronan descent. The Cronan population has also been further inflated by the events of the war in Varshan.
