Summary

Description
English: Unofficial flag of Cuba using sky blue stripes instead of the official dark turquoise outlined in the "Presidential Decree of April 24, 1906".
Date Flag of Cuba commonly associated with the Republic of Cuba between 1902 and 1959. Variants of the Cuban flag with a lighter blue may have been utilised until the flag was formalised by the "Presidential Decree of April 24, 1906". It is unlikely to have been used in any official capacity after this date as the decree clearly states and shows the blue on the flag to be that of a turquoise.
