The Veltorine Popular Defense Committee (VPDC) is the military umbrella group for the defense of Cetsencalia and the Veltorine population of Cetsencalia. Organized in early 2021 during the Invasion of Cetsencalia, the VPDC consists of regular military forces and militias fighting under Nysdra Sea Treaty Association command as well as cells of guerrilla and irregular fighters.
