The National Dairy Corporation is Corumm's state-run company in charge of the production and marketing of all dairy products. It was created in 1999 with the takeover and amalgamation of the largest milk and cheese (Big Cheese) companies in the country. The National Dairy Corporation not only owns the processing plants, packaging and logistic centers but also the farms and ranches where the livestock are raised making it one of the largest landowners in Corumm. The Mirzak Cheese Vaults are operated by a division of the NDC.
