Lixin Ji was a Daxian nuclear physicist known as the 'father of the Daxian bomb' for his work in the Daxian nuclear weapons program. From 1960 to 1971 he was chairman of the State Atomic Commission(SAC). In 1950 he founded the National Conlegium of Physics with specialized departments for uranium enrichment, isotope separation and fluid mechanics.
With the push to reach military parity with western imperial states a high priority of the National Reconstruction Front-led government, Lixin Ji became a key member of the secret program to build a nuclear weapon. He was one of the individuals in key positions during the Kushim Event who advocated the combat testing of a nuclear bomb on the town of Kushim during the Second Invasion of Rusana. Later in life Lixin Ji was accused by a League of Nations panel of being involved in a clandestine nuclear proliferation ring trafficking in components and expertise to non-nuclear states.
