The state's economy is the largest of any state in Cartadania, valued at $6.267 trillion, making it more than $2.5 trillion ahead of the next largest economy, [[Santiago]]. The government makes it a priority to protect the diverse ecosystems of Unintra, with stringent eco-friendly legislation that protects the vast array of national parks that the government since 1890, with the Environmental Conservation Act. This early environmental legislation covered the destruction of non renewables on the environment and human life, and much stricter regulation on waste practices. This was due to the Incresing protests by influential Scientists and Naturalists, who saw the rapid destruction of the environment, and the increased awareness of the importance and beauty of the natural world. but the main turning point, was the Great Death of Dwenos, which resulted on over 10'000 Victims suffering Sickness and Death, because of the large amount of Smog that covered the city. Because of this, most Production and Energy generation is required to meet environmental regulation.

Unintra is a Multi-party, Semi-direct, Federal Democracy with proportional representation(RCV) within a bicameral legislature and an Executive Council. The Federal Parliament (and their committees) and government is located in the Firlis Complex and Molarkan Square respectively in Karairan, while the Grand Court is located in Luckvarum.

Unintra's Executive Branch is Headed by the Executive Council, a Group of Ministers Elected after the Parliamentary Elections by Popular vote every 6 years. They specialise in different Domains and Departments. Their Main Job is to Represent the Nation in Foreign Affairs and Administer Policies and Laws throughout the Country. The Council Elects a Minister-President, which serves as the ceremonial Leader of Unintra and the Council, although they don't acquire any special powers from this position.

The Legislative Branch of Unintra is Headed by the Unintran Khongchel, of Federal Parliament. It is a Bicameral institution with the People's Assembly and the State Senate. The state senate has 5 senators per Canton, totaling in 100 seats. While the people's assembly has 900 seats. Senators are elected every 6 years and Asembly Representatives every 4 years. Any house can propose a bill, and bills can also be proposed by an initiative(action or law proposed by a group or person containing enough signatures [100'000 signatures in 18 months for Bills]) Only Parliament( both houses together) can vote and veto a bill or law, going through both houses. The Conservatives have support mostly in the Rural Areas, however they compete with the Techno-Democrats as they have historically held a monopoly of Support in those areas.

Settled by successive waves of arrivals during the last 10,000 years, Verona was one of the most culturally and linguistically diverse areas in Ixnay. Various estimates of the native population range from 100,000 to 300,000. The Indigenous peoples of Verona included more than 30 distinct groups of Native Cartadanians, ranging from large, settled populations living on the coast to groups in the interior. Verona groups also were diverse in their political organization with bands, tribes, villages, and on the resource-rich coasts, large chiefdoms, such as the Veronesi, Guanches and Vartuli. Trade, intermarriage and military alliances fostered many social and economic relationships among the diverse groups. Whether a Native tribe was friendly or warlike was critical to the fates of Latin explorers and settlers in that land. Friendly tribes taught newcomers how to grow indigenous crops, prepare foods, and hunt wild game. Warlike tribes made life difficult and dangerous for Latin settlers through their attacks and resistance to the newcomers.

Because of Verona's long history as a banlieuregio of Caphiria, the impact of Caphirian culture was strong, especially during the first two centuries following Verona's creation. Due to it's equatorial climate and vast size, Verona spent much of its time as a diversified land. It served as an agricultural hub for Caphiria, and through Caphiria's trade networks, much of the world. It also served as a tourist destination for many Caphirians seeking a more distinct vacation. The long white sand beaches attracted many from around the world as well, especially from Levantia.

Verona originally encompassed what is today, Santiago and Trentino, as well as it's present day area. Due to the imperium's constant neglect of Verona in favor of other, more centrally located provinces, Verona's autonomous government passed a law known as the Vermillion Act, which effectively separated the province from the imperium, creating a wall between Verona (and its territory, Sancti) and the Alexandria province north of Verona. Initially, the imperium took little notice to this separation, choosing to overlook it as an international publicity stunt. Things began to change, however, when Verona began to issue its own money, the Veronese Lira, backed at a value higher than that of the Taler. This value was further increased by low circulation, Verona's now incredibly diverse economy, its desirable location, and an exploding population. With similar sentiments of the Burgoignesc for freedom from their national governments, Verona began to develop support on an international stage. It officially codified its initial set of laws as a nationstate in 1426, under the name ''REPVBLICA VERONEZE'', and rewrote all of its information, culture, and signage in its local dialect, of which would eventually standardize into Early Cartadanian half a century later.

The imperium, noticing the growing notoriety of the young republic, began to develop a particular feeling of betrayal, going so far as to consider acts of the people of Verona treasonous. As a result, the imperium proceeded to declare a form of marshall law and nearly razed the young republic's infrastructure in an effort to bring it into submission. The result was, of course, Verona's forced re-entry into the imperium. Despite this, however, Verona's disdain for Venceia's rule began to spread and grow not only in Verona, but in Alexandria and Sancti as well. It would go so far as a double-sided operation by Verona's leadership to assist in granting Sancti provincial status so that it would have more power. In the years that followed this invasion, the governments of Alexandria, Sancti, and Verona began very secretive talks of another separation from the imperium.

In the the late 1660s, Verona redivided itself into 12 ''municipios'' which served as the precursors for Verona's 53 modern counties and are identical to the boundaries of Verona's modern metro areas. In 1671, Verona again seceded from Caphiria, this time taking Alexandria and Sancti, now renamed Santiago from the Cartadanian language equivalent, along with it. The three independent provinces again cited Venceia's neglect of the area for the reason of separation. This time, although Caphiria attempted to bring the three provinces back into the imperium, was torn between the aftermath of the Great Schism and the changing nature of life in Venceia. Inevitably, Venceia withdrew its military from Verona and Alexandria, which generated a de facto new nation, one without name or identity.

Naturally, Alexandria and Santiago looked to Verona for guidance on this as Verona had already been a short-lived nationstate in the past. Over the course of the next 9 years, the three provinces united into the first Republic of Cartadania, written REPVBLICA CARTADANIANA, itself named indirectly for the Carto-Latinic people of the Lusitan peninsula in northern Sarpedon. The union was quite weak and generally served as the basis for what would become the second Cartadanian Republic. The three entities developed an economic model and other aspects that would lead to the development of a stronger nation.

During this period, Verona saw a large urbanization, especially around what is today the Palm Coast. Sierra, previously a small town, began to explode in population and the resulting population growth drastically expanded Verona's economy. It was also around this time that Verona's government moved from Sierra to a more central location in what would become the city of Aurimá. There were a lot of births around this time as well, coinciding with the birth of the new nation. It was also during this time, however, that the country saw what would become the bloodiest conflict on domestic soil.
Unintra has several Different Ethnic Groups in the Country, the most Dominant is the Native Wyunintravi Ethnic Group, which, together, account for about 3/4 quarters of the Unintran Population, followed by the Luckviram Culture with 11.6%, The Dwenosians with 7.3%, the Yuianians with 3.4% and the 1% is from various other Ethnic groups throughout Unintra. the Main Wyunintran Ethnic Group is split between 3 different Branches. the Largest with 64.8% of total population is the Main Wyunintran Branch, centred in Karairan, the capital. there is also the Rosvitan Branch, which encompasses the Rosvitan Special Executive zone and other small parts in the east of the Country with 3.7%, and The Northern Branch which has 8.2%

Unintra has a variety of Languages used within it's territories, its National Language (that is, the language used by the government and taught in all schools) is Formal Wyunintran, a newer branch of the Wyunintran Language, that originated in the Mixing of Traditional Wyunintran, Old Luckviram, and Elements of Dwenos Vocabulary. It also has Official Languages (Languages that are recognized by the Federal Government and taught as secondary languages in Schools) these are Traditional Wyunintran, Old Luckviram, New Lokhma, and Dwenos. finally, it has Regional Languages ( languages Recognized by Cantonal Authorities and Protected as Cultural Treasures) which number in the dozens across Unintra.

In 1697, approximately 17 years after Verona had united with Santiago and Alexandria, things took a turn for the worst. The elite that still oversaw Verona and the other two states through monetary means began to overextend Verona's money and resources for their benefit, which ultimately saw the middle and lower class being neglected by the people they trusted to protect them. As a result, early Cartadania was thrust into a civil war between the wealthy elite and the growing middle and lower class who was becoming poorer by the day. The resulting massacre of many of Cartadania's elite and the forced deportation of three-quarters of Cartadania's upper class would lead to the creation of modern-day Galicia, Ceylonia, and Porlos. The then-governor of Verona was executed during this period as well, which saw Verona enter a period of disarray. The aftermath of this situation and the subsequent eleven year period that followed saw the recreation of Cartadania from a largely capitalist society into a heavily socially democratic one with capitalist aspects.

On 29 October 1709, the governments of the three states called for the creation of a new capital, originally to sit between the three states with land ceded from all three. It was during this period, however, that the west Urlazian provinces, then still part of Caphiria, began to experience the same neglect that Verona faced starting nearly 300 years before. Consequently, to keep the capital centralized and accessible by sea, the three states decided to place the capital between Alexandria and Verona along the Urlazian coast. The state's coastal regions are influenced by the cool Urlazian Current, which generates summer fog along the coast. In the mountainous inland areas, temperatures fluctuate throughout the year. Verona is currently divided into 53 counties. The county government provides countywide services such as law enforcement, jails, elections and voter registration, vital records, property assessment and records, tax collection, public health, health care, social services, libraries, flood control, fire protection, animal control, agricultural regulations, building inspections, ambulance services, and education departments in charge of maintaining statewide standards. In addition, the county serves as the local government for all unincorporated areas. Each county is governed by an elected board of supervisors.
 
Residents of a sufficiently large piece of unincorporated county land can incorporate a city. The city government then takes some of the tax revenue that would have gone to the county, and can impose additional taxes on its residents. It can then choose to provide almost all the services usually provided by the county (and more), or provide only a few and pay the county to do the rest. A city in this last arrangement is called a contract city.

In Verona, each school district is run by a school board, a non-partisan council that makes decisions for the district at large, including building new schools and other facilities. The elected council of the school board also helps determine educational policy based upon the state curriculum within the boundaries of the school district, its taxable area, which is "independent" of local government authority. The board also has the ultimate say in the hiring and firing of principals and superintendents, and other district-wide administrative positions. The employment of teachers in individual schools, however, is usually left to the principal and administrative staff of the respective schools.
 
Between 2018 and 2019, Verona spent €19,901 per pupil ranking it well above the national average, with an outlay of about €318 billion. The pupil/teacher ratio was 11.8, below the national average of 17.3. Verona paid full-time instructors, on average, €76,432, well above the national average of €46,593. Verona has over 100 school districts- all districts except the Varina County School District are independent from municipal government, though few cross city boundaries and none currently cross county boundaries. The VDOE has no authority over private school activities aside from base curricula regulation as required by Verona's Education Code, while homeschooling is illegal in Verona and much of Cartadania as a whole.

Verona's public postsecondary education offers three major systems and a number of independent public and private schools. The state's research university system is the [[University of Verona system]] (UVA), a public university system. As of August 2024, the University of Verona system had a combined student body of 551,212 students. There are 13 general campuses, and a number of specialized campuses in the UVA system. It is often considered the flagship of the three public, four-year systems. The [[Verona Commonwealth University system]] (VCU), with its 34 campuses and eight off-campus centers, enrolls nearly 950,000 students. As Verona is the most populous state in Cartadania, it is one of the country's largest consumers of energy. However, due to conservation mandates, generally decent weather in more populous areas, and strict environmental guidelines, its ''per capita'' energy consumption is one of the smallest of any state in Cartadania. Verona leads the nation in total net electricity production, generating 315.5 TWh in 2024. Most of the states power comes from natural gas, clean coal, and nuclear. With the exception of some power plants in the Palm Coast area and northern Verona, majority of the power plants are located in the state's interior.

Verona's interconnected water system is one of the largest water systems in the world, managing more water per year than some entire countries. Much of Verona's water supply is centered around its eight rivers, which snake across the commonwealth. Three of which—the Elisabeth, San Miguel, and Trinity rivers—carry the bulk of the state's demand.
It does have some amount of unemployment. Despite this, the economy is doing well. The government tightly regulates companies and businesses yet it also provides them with large subsidies. The government encompasses 20% with private businesses being 3/4 of the economy. The government is also prioritising self-sufficiency as an economic policy. The taxation rate is high, about 45%, however this changes depending on the amount of wealth and type of it (property, inheritance, VAT, etc.). This makes it that citizens of Unintra have a fair amount of disposable income, yet this is rewarded with some of the best welfare, education and healthcare in the world. So citizens can live comfortably and not have to worry about high prices in public services.


Despite the intense output of Verona's river system, the demand of its 76 million residents exceeds its pumping capacity and strains the state's supply. Thusly, Verona also pumps large quantities of water from all of it's neighboring states. Ironically, Alahuela, Cartadania's capital city, purchases all of its water from Verona, which it pumps in using one of the country's largest pumping systems.
It's Economic Heart lies in the Dwenos Region the origin of the Dwitis, more specifically, the Rosvitan-Dwenos Industrial Axis. And is considered the best region in Unintra for economic, Industrial prosperity.


Water conservation was a major component of Verona's politics for forty years after Verona crossed the 40 million residents mark, and although it has been less of an issue today due to the abundance of water now within the state, conservation efforts are still around to try and prevent another water crisis.
Business is considered "impossible" by outside companies. While outside companies aren't banned from operating here, there are many difficulties in succesfully reaching the Market. First, Unintra is Dominated with local businesses that hold almost all of the market share in Unintra, as a result of decades of strict isolationism, so finding new customers are difficult. Then, there are the enormous amounts of Regulations that businesses have to follow, from labor laws to environmental regulations, restricting their competitiveness. Finally, they have to face the heavily subsidised businesses already occupying the market. Unintrans have mostly adapted to the restrictions, and for many consider them as normal. [WARNING!!! Then there are the Biofuels, Used primarily by farmers for local power sources. This Significant Shift in Renewable energy was primarily driven by the Need of Unintra to not be heavily reliant on other Nations on its Energy, as it has almost No natural resources for Fuel. So, the Government has intensely worked to make renewable energy and develop it. It was one of the reasons why the Electronic Manufacturing Industry is successful in Unintra, owing to the large influx of Government investment and prioritisation of the industry. The government also Frequently attempts to buy or negotiate access to new inventions if they are made outside of Unintra, so their scientists may learn from the works of others. they also maintain a Grand Archive, housing the collective knowledge of Unintra, to facilitate access to Knowledge for every citizen. Unintra Embraces technology, often using the most advanced technologies where possible. Evidenced by their semi-automatic Factories run with robotics, their Universal Access to the Internet, the use of Digital Currency as opposed to paper, and many other things. Currently, the main area of research and expertise of Unintran Scientists is on Medicine, which resulted in the formation of Large Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industries, and a wide array of tools to research Medicine. Unintra, officially the Federal Republic of Unintra, is a country in Levantia. It is neighbored by Fiannria to the East, the Kilikas Sea to the West, and a tiny strip of land that connects Unintra to Suderavia.

Climate and environment

The Unintran environment is rich in biodiversity, with lush forests in the NorthEast, the large field of geothermal hot wells and the cold, snowy cliffs in the South. The most famous of those is Mount Fluckzuck, the tallest mountain in Unintra. It also holds host to the world heritage sight of the Orphelia Hot wells. The government makes it a priority to protect the diverse ecosystems of Unintra, with stringent eco-friendly legislation that protects the vast array of national parks that the government since 1890, with the Environmental Conservation Act. This early environmental legislation covered the destruction of non renewables on the environment and human life, and much stricter regulation on waste practices. This was due to the Incresing protests by influential Scientists and Naturalists, who saw the rapid destruction of the environment, and the increased awareness of the importance and beauty of the natural world. but the main turning point, was the Great Death of Dwenos, which resulted on over 10'000 Victims suffering Sickness and Death, because of the large amount of Smog that covered the city. Because of this, most Production and Energy generation is required to meet environmental regulation.

Government and Politics

Unintra is a Multi-party, Semi-direct, Federal Democracy with proportional representation(RCV) within a bicameral legislature and an Executive Council. The Federal Parliament (and their committees) and government is located in the Firlis Complex and Molarkan Square respectively in Karairan, while the Grand Court is located in Luckvarum.

Executive

Unintra's Executive Branch is Headed by the Executive Council, a Group of Ministers Elected after the Parliamentary Elections by Popular vote every 6 years. They specialise in different Domains and Departments. Their Main Job is to Represent the Nation in Foreign Affairs and Administer Policies and Laws throughout the Country. The Council Elects a Minister-President, which serves as the ceremonial Leader of Unintra and the Council, although they don't acquire any special powers from this position.

Legislative

The Legislative Branch of Unintra is Headed by the Unintran Khongchel, of Federal Parliament. It is a Bicameral institution with the People's Assembly and the State Senate. The state senate has 5 senators per Canton, totaling in 100 seats. While the people's assembly has 900 seats. Senators are elected every 6 years and Asembly Representatives every 4 years. Any house can propose a bill, and bills can also be proposed by an initiative(action or law proposed by a group or person containing enough signatures [100'000 signatures in 18 months for Bills]) Only Parliament( both houses together) can vote and veto a bill or law, going through both houses. Amendments of the constitution need to go through a general referendum as well. The current Ruling coalition is Between the Social-Democratic Union, The Greens, and the Left Alliance

Unintra is Divided into 20 Cantons[List added Later], each having local Autonomy from the Federal Government [Link Needed for Exact Laws] which control Cantonal Infrastructure and Collect taxes among others. they are further divided into Boroughs which mostly serve to Divide local Police and Fire services.

Politics

Since Unintra is a Multi-party Democracy, several Large political factions exist in Unintra. Within Parliament, the Largest Political Parties are The Social-Democratic Union and the Liberal Democrats. They are the Main Factions within the Khongchel and Unintran Politics as a whole. While the Socialists, Techno-Democrats, and Independents are a strong force in Local Elections. The Conservatives have support mostly in the Rural Areas, however they compete with the Techno-Democrats as they have historically held a monopoly of Support in those areas.

Law

The main source of law for Unintra is the Constitution. The Constitution which guarantees Civil and Political Rights, Functions of Government and Citizenship among others[Link for The Bill of Rights and Role of Government to be Added]. They are Added with the Basic Law and Civil Charter of Unintra, which The Wyunintravi are Required to Learn at School. The Highest Level of the Judicial Branch is the Grand Court in Luckvarum, they arbitrate on Constitutional Decisions and either confirm of Reject them. The Court is made up of 10 Judges which are Appointed by the Assembly every 10 years

Attitudes and Worldviews vary across Unintra, but one thing that they have in common is their shared desire for Scientific Progress, even the Artistic Luckvirams will tell you that Scientific Progress is important to the Nation, but they have disagreements on when it should be Used, the Rosvitans prefer to use it everywhere possible, hereby making the entire economy robotic, while the Naturalists in Opheliamore would prefer a more Balanced approach, with Nature and Technology are used to complement one another. Science and Technology take such a place in Unintran Society that Scientists and Scholars have historically replaced the Rich Nobility and the Religious Leaders as the most important parts of Unintran Society. With Kings having to study extremely well and be extremely well educated so that the Populace doesn't view him as unworthy of leading their Nation, and most political positions before the Democracy period being reserved for Scholars and Scientists. A general Unintran is known to be reserved, pacifist and focused.

Arts and Literature in Unintra are viewed Differently depending on Where you go, some, like the More Conservative Rosvitans, believe that Art works merely as a distraction than an actual Product that can be used. While others, like the Artistic Luckvirams, view Art as Representation of the soul, and Mind, a way to feel escape, share ideas, and Free your imagination. Culturally, most of the more famous pieces of Unintran Culture, like it's Triangular Based Architecture, is From Luckvarum. Luckvarum is the undisputed Center of Arts and Culture in Unintra, so much so that Foreigners when asked will know what Luckvarum is, But Struggle with Unintra. So much so that some even think Luckvarum as a separate Nation, simply because of How different it is to the Rest of Unintra. The Unissance, Which Saw a massive revolution in Unintra, and helped open the doors for more appreciation and Recognition for artists, started with The Artist Roald Sokla, one of the pioneers in Developing a more open view of Art and Culture, by using it as a way to help with the Inner self, and appreciate the beauty of Life. he did this by performing Operas Close to nature, in almost open fields, where he incorporated the various Natural Sounds of Nature, with more traditional Instruments. His Notable Works Include: Alvans Journey, Natural Sciences and The Open Mind. Unintra has Many special Symbols that represent both Regional and National Culture and spirit. The most Prominent of these symbols is The WelkFas Light, represented in the Unintran Flag as a Bright Star. It is meant to embody the collective spirit of Unintra. it emerged as a Prominent symbol during The Wlumnian Wars Period, especially as a symbol of Defiance and resilience against the Much More powerful Gjenowan Dominion. It takes its inspiration from a folk tale, where supposedly, after every forest fire, a single Flower is Left, completely Untouched, and only when the fire stops, only the flower is left. Yet everytime a Fire Passes, the mightiest of trees and forests, only the singular flower survives. The Flower's Name is The WelkFas Flower, and is said that it's light will reveal its secrets to any who successfully find it.

Economy and Infrastructure

Unintra has a fairly diversified economy. it was historically built to achieve complete self-sufficiency, but since the End of the Disturbed Isolationist period, and growing globalisation, has become more open, and shifted to Partial Autarky (for food, electricity and essential resources), while still Importing luxuries and exporting goods to other nations of the world. It has a Mixed Economy, with Large Government Companies controlling the Basic services (Water, Electricity, Some Basic levels of Food, small emergency Manufacturing) and the rest of the Market is given to Market-based Companies. It's Financial Center and Largest Stock Exchange is Dwenos.


It does have some amount of unemployment. Despite this, the economy is doing well. The government tightly regulates companies and businesses yet it also provides them with large subsidies. The government encompasses 20% with private businesses being 3/4 of the economy. The government is also prioritising self-sufficiency as an economic policy. The taxation rate is high, about 45%, however this changes depending on the amount of wealth and type of it (property, inheritance, VAT, etc.). This makes it that citizens of Unintra have a fair amount of disposable income, yet this is rewarded with some of the best welfare, education and healthcare in the world. So citizens can live comfortably and not have to worry about high prices in public services.

It's Economic Heart lies in the Dwenos Region the origin of the Dwitis, more specifically, the Rosvitan-Dwenos Industrial Axis. And is considered the best region in Unintra for economic, Industrial prosperity.

Business is considered "impossible" by outside companies. While outside companies aren't banned from operating here, there are many difficulties in succesfully reaching the Market. First, Unintra is Dominated with local businesses that hold almost all of the market share in Unintra, as a result of decades of strict isolationism, so finding new customers are difficult. Then, there are the enormous amounts of Regulations that businesses have to follow, from labor laws to environmental regulations, restricting their competitiveness. Finally, they have to face the heavily subsidised businesses already occupying the market. Unintrans have mostly adapted to the restrictions, and for many consider them as normal. [WARNING!!! I REALISE THIS AMY BE EXTREMELY UNLIKELY IN THE REAL WORLD, THIS MAY BE EXAGGERATED, and if needed, i'll change it, but the main thing is that it isn't a business haven, and the government heavily prioritises local businesses over foreign ones, even if they're less beneficial to the economy.]

Unintra has a mildly diversed economy, thanks to it's historical isolationism, but now, it's largest Industry is arguably in the Distribution and Manufacturing of Electronic technologies, responsible for 25% of Unintran GDP. with it's Largest Corporation as The Rosvitan Computer Dwiti, with 56% of the Local Marketshare, their products are Mostly Exported to Other Nations, and is One of the Few Multi-national Companies of Unintra, followed by Agriculture, becuse of its essential role in having a self-sufficient Economy. other large industries in Unintra include Book Publishing and Pharmaceutical Industries.

Currency

The National Currency of Unintra is the Unis Ukan Credits, Unis Ukan comes from the name of Unias Ukan, the Leader that Introduced, standardised and Unified the Currency as the official monetary unit Used by Unintra, marking the end of the regional differences of Currency and streamlining commerce accross Unintra. The most recent incarnation of the Currency is in its digital form, as part of an effort to cut down on Paper usage to reduce the need to cut down trees. Now most of the transactions in Unintra are made either by Card, or electronically, while Paper is used more as a formality and collected for memories. Healthcare

Healthcare in Unintra is Prioritized as an Essential Service in Unintra. Healthcare is Universal, and mostly Subsidized by the Government (exceptions for cosmetic Surgery). They also Work with Pharmaceuticals to Provide lower costs on Medicine, and Invest significant amounts on Research related to Treating them. Under the Private-Public Cooperation Act, Businesses get access to shared labor, large subsidies and joint research tools in exchange for Cheaper access to Medicine, and access to some research provided by the Pharmaceuticals, and Research Institutes. The Companies however, usually keep the patents (unless in cases of an imminent public health threat where the government may force the Company to Release it's Patent or Seize it's Production). Training for Medical Workers and Researchers are Strict, and Vast, needing a large amount of dedication and time to fully train a medical Professional. Healthcare is one of the Biggest sections on the Annual Budget of Unintra, Behind Only Education. Healthcare is Managed by The Department of Healthcare of WHD, headed by Johansa Zolma.

Labor

Labor In Unintra is Mostly Employed in the Construction or Manufacturing, there are Several Unions working to Balance the workplace and bring more voice to Workers. However, because of The Smaller Population In Unintra, and Youth workers preferring to work in Higher Education Jobs (Doctors, Engineers, Diplomats, etc.) and Significant Demand for Manual Labor, Businesses have shifted to using robotics and A.I to perform the more basic and repetitive tasks. Transportation in Unintra is Primarily Based around Public Transportation, more specifically Trams. the reason is because public transportation is cheap, compared to cars, which are taxed quite expensively, and have to go through a multitude of complex regulations. the culture of using public transportation was also aided by government programs and ads, which prioritized walking or using public transportation, to reduce the amount of congestion, in the smaller than average roads of Unintra, and to facilitate the reduction of emission in Unintra. The Current Minister-President of Unintra, is known for using the Public Transportation Systems instead of a Car, albeit with increased security. Most of the Fuel in Trams and Other Public Transportations in Unintra are Renewably powered, with exceptions to less advanced and remote public transportation systems. Unintra also invested into the Highspeed railway network, instead of a large Road Network for travelling, to make it's citizens use Trains More.

Energy

Unintra's Energy is primarily Composed of Renewable Energy, due to its notorious Bright and clear weather, the largest producer of Energy in Unintra is Solar Energy, placed in either almost every rooftop for houses, to Ensure some local Energy independence, or in Large Solar Farms in the Unusable Land. This is Closely followed with Hydro power, with large dams being constructed from the southern Mountain Ranges. Then there is Also Wind, which are primarily in the Form of Offshore Wind Farms. Finally, there also exists a significant Geothermal Energy production sector, which is used primarily for heating. Together they account for about 70% of the Energy in Unintra. Then there are the Biofuels, Used primarily by farmers for local power sources. They are also a notable part of Snergy production In Unintra, because of the Size of the Agricultural Sector in Unintra. Nuclear Power accounts for 8% of the Energy generation in Unintra, while the Fossil Fuels take up the remaining 15% of the Energy production. This Significant Shift in Renewable energy was primarily driven by the Need of Unintra to not be heavily reliant on other Nations on its Energy, as it has almost No natural resources for Fuel. So, the Government has intensely worked to make renewable energy and develop it. It was one of the reasons why the Electronic Manufacturing Industry is successful in Unintra, owing to the large influx of Government investment and prioritisation of the industry. The Government also put strict refulations on Energy usage, by Requiring Government and Most Public building to be Green-powered. And giving tax breaks and other benefits to companies and individuals which power their business or homes with renewable energy. Finally, by educating and funding research for more efficient Renewable energy sources.

Science and Technology

Unintra, owing to it's educational funding and Scholarly Culture, is a nation, very interested, in the acquisition of knowledge and research, so uch so, that they have waged wars and committed inhumane acts against populations, for the sake of advancing scientific progress. they heavily try to cooperate with other nations in regards to technology, being one of the few areas where Unintra is a significant Part of the Global Community. they heavily invest in education, to provide the best minds of the nation, a chance and opportunity to contribute to the Nation, and be able to use their inventions for the good of Unintra. they also significantly support scientists and universities, so they can provide the most advanced information on all areas of Research. The government also Frequently attempts to buy or negotiate access to new inventions if they are made outside of Unintra, so their scientists may learn from the works of others. they also maintain a Grand Archive, housing the collective knowledge of Unintra, to facilitate access to Knowledge for every citizen. Unintra Embraces technology, often using the most advanced technologies where possible. Evidenced by their semi-automatic Factories run with robotics, their Universal Access to the Internet, the use of Digital Currency as opposed to paper, and many other things. Currently, the main area of research and expertise of Unintran Scientists is on Medicine, which resulted in the formation of Large Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industries, and a wide array of tools to research Medicine.
