The '''Veltorine Principality of Cetsencalia''' is a country in [[Crona]]. The territory was part of [[Quetzenkel]] until the [[South Nysdra War]], when it was largely depopulated due to the war and the actions of the [[Sons of Levantia]]. The [[Government of Urcea]] took possession of the territory in [[2015]] and established it as a new home for displaced [[Veltorine people]], whose home country [[Veltorina]] was destroyed during the [[Great War]]. Following a period of military administration, the Principality was established by the Cetsencalia Organic Act of 2019 and the new state formally came into being in [[2020]] with the coronation of [[Riordan VIII]] as Prince of Cetsencalia.

Cetsencalia is a member of the [[Nysdra Sea Treaty Association]].
