The Congregation of Tranquility is a nominally Shia religious sect who believe Dr. Abdul Alhazred is the prophesised Mahdi coming out of hiding and that he will eventually lead the all of the ummah to engender a global islamic empire. Considered takfiris by most Audonian nations and persecuted as such, the Congregation has entered into an unnameable pact with the Democratic Republic of Daxia to survive.
