Accordingly, that day the [[Concilium Daoni]] approved the sale and also passed the Governance in North Nysdra Act, formally establishing Otisco's Rectory government. The first Rector, Ambrose Hartnett, was dispatched to Otisco in the early morning hours of 18 January.
