Heng is a city in Daxia and capital of the eponymous Heng Province. It historically was a city that routinely pushed back against imperial authority and later became the leading power of the United Cities for three hundred years. Its position near the Gorro mountain pass allowed it control of the lucrative trade routes in the region and in later years it also grew to be one of the great centers of the slave trade until its abolition by the Zhong dynasty.
