Growing up during the 70s and 80s, in one of the most mixed-culture cities in Vithinja gave Magnus frontrow seats to witness some of the worst actions and policies taken by the new Syndicalist government. This would help create a rift between his ideal of what Syndicalism was supposed to be and the reality of the ruling Syndicalists. He would spend much of his youth finding those of similar minds, finalizing in  the creation of the Cooperatist movement. While Magnus was not considered much more than the voice uniting various individual movements his role in creating this new faction would be lauded many years later as one of the founding voices of the Cooperatists.

Because of this he has held an unusual amount of power for his age since the Cooperatists came into power in the 80s, allowing for large-scale reforms towards a more internationalized nation.
