This is a list of notable Urceans previously holding public office or some other official role. This list is sorted by last name in alphabetical order. For list of individuals presently in office, see List of Urcean officials.

The Sons of Levantia was a militant Levantine terrorist organization spread across multiple nations and colonial possessions in Crona. Formed in the late 2000s - most sources pinpoint 2009 - the organization was formed by racial supremacist cells throughout several members of the Levantine Union. The core of the Sons of Levantia were allegedly Urcean veterans of the War of the Northern Confederation who were frustrated with the prohibitions on settlement in native lands in northern New Harren. Their main objective was to create lebensraum for Levantine people in Crona by means of the force of arms, which would, in the 2011 manifesto of the group, "prove by right of arms and confer legitimacy on the conquest by establishing the blood weakness of the people of Crona and the unending supremacy of the sons of Levantia." The Sons of Levantia was banned by the Government of Urcea and considered a terrorist group by the Levantine Union in 2012.

Dynan, James
James Felshatius Dynan (born 10 April 1967) is a Urcean politician who served as Procurator of the Apostolic Kingdom of Urcea. He is the Custóir of the Felshatii Estate. Before entering politics, Dynan was an academic and Royal and Imperial Army officer, teaching the history of Urcea at the Collegium Scientificum in Urceopolis. Dynan served as Governor-General of the Archduchy of Urceopolis prior to his election to the Procuratorship in 2010. As a member of the National Pact, he defeated the National Democratic Party candidate in 2010, James Cossus Reed.

The Sons of Levantia played a key role in beginning the South Nysdra War. After allegedly coordinating with the government of Corumm - coordination which included provision of arms and limited logistical support - the Sons of Levantia launched an invasion of Quetzenkel during an ongoing civil war. The Quetzen government was unable to significantly disrupt the invasion which lead to the assassination of their Archchief by the Sons and the depopulation - by both means of violent genocide and displacement - of western Quetzenkel. In 2015, Urcea entered the conflict and destroyed the Sons of Levantia organization both in Levantia and Crona and ended the ongoing civil war in Quetzenkel.
The son of the prominent Dynan family of Eastglen, James became Custóir of his Estate at the unusually young age of 15 in 1982. Though he professed an interest in history and politics at a young age, the young Custóir enrolled in the Imperial War College of the Collegium Scientificum at the age of 17 and eventually graduated as an officer, rising to the rank of Tribení by 1990. Spending two years committed to League of Nations peacekeeping forces, Dynan returned to the Collegium Scientificum in 1993, after which time he served as a professor of history and Levantine Politics at the main campus in Urceopolis. Given his distinguished role as Custóir and a record of distinguished service abroad, he was recruited to run for the Concilium Daoni in 1995 as a member of the National Pact, where he served for a term before being appointed Governor-General of the Archduchy of Urceopolis in 2000 on the advice of outgoing Procurator Michael Redder, who recognized Dynan's talent. Dynan served ten years as Governor-General before running for Procurator in 2010, an office he held for a decade. He won reelection in 2015 to a second term in the 2015 Urcean elections. In 2020, he announced he would not serve a third term and endorsed Bridget Farrell to succeed him, who won the election that year. During his term, Dynan oversaw several critical events of The Deluge and several attempted liberalization efforts of the economy.

The territory occupied by the Sons of Levantia would go on to become the homeland of displaced Veltorine people after the conclusion of the South Nysdra War, Cetsencalia. In 2024, half of the land seized by the Sons from Quetzenkel was returned to it following negotiations between Quetzenkel and the Veltorine Popular Defense Committee.
As Custóir, he has the life peerage of "Viscount of Felshata".

Farrell, Bridget
Bridget Farrell (born 18 October 1978) is a Urcean politician who served as Procurator, Chancellor and Temporary President, Censor, and as a member of the Concilium Daoni from Urceopolis. She served as Procurator and minority leader of the Concilium Daoni from 2021 through 2025, and lead the nation during the Final War of the Deluge. She became leader of the National Pact during the 2015 Urcean elections. She did not stand for her Concilium Daoni seat during the 2025 Urcean elections, focusing primarily on the race for Procurator, for which she was defeated. She stepped down as leader of the National Pact following her defeat and endorsed Salderio, who replaced her on 16 December 2025.

Marcán, Ronan Cornelius
Ronan Cornelius Marcán (born 3 January 1970) is a former Urcean politician, former Minority Leader of the Concilium Daoni, and convicted felon. Marcán served as leader of the Democratic Labor Party from 2011 through the 2015 Urcean elections, in which he finished second in the election for Procurator, and was the key leader in establishing a unified left-wing party known as the Social Labor Party. Marcán also served as a main leader of the Republican campaign in the 2018 Urcean institutional referendum, which fractured the Social Labor Party. Immediately following the 2020 Urcean elections, Marcán was implicated in having leaked critical defense information to Algoquona since becoming party leader. He was expelled from the Concilium Daoni and went into hiding in Algoquona. His flight into the country and Urcean demand for him to be surrendered was the immediate pretext of the beginning of the Final War of the Deluge, with Algoquona preemptively invading New Harren following the Urcean ultimatum. Marcán later surrendered himself to the Royal and Imperial Army following the Tepetlcali campaign. On May 30, 2026, he was convicted of multiple felonies and sentenced to life imprisonment.

Redder, Michael
Michael Redder (born June 19th, 1929) is a retired Urcean politician belonging to the National Pact. Redder served as Chancellor and Temporary President of the Concilium Daoni twice and Procurator once. In an era strongly associated with the success of the National Democratic Party, Redder was elected Procurator in 1995 and managed to win a slim National Pact majority in the 1995 election, the last election in which the National Pact won a majority in the Concilium Daoni before 2015. Much of his administration was characterized by partisan deadlock which consistently saw periods of Royal rule, and Redder's personal and political rivalry with Stephen Herdan. Known for his jovial manner and off-the-cuff quips, Redder's administration has a positive legacy in the mind of most Urceans and, decades after his retirement, he enjoys high favorability ratings.
