In 2025, the Association voted unanimously to amend the treaty requiring that all full members of the Association must hold a "free and fair" democratic election at least once per decade. According to the terms of the treaty, elections will be observed by inspectors from [[Urcea]] as well as from [[Stenza]]. In [[2028]], the newly organized state of [[New Veltorina]] was admitted to the Association. The Protocols Act was [[Protocols_Act_of_2023#Repeal|repealed]] in 2030, a move interpreted by many analysts to signal Urcea's intent to let the region develop organically. In [[2030]], the Association voted to approve an agreement between [[Urcea]] and [[Burgundie]] for the importation of a limited amount Burgoignesc goods into the Nysdra exclusion area through the [[Seneca Islands]] according to the terms of the [[Seneca_Islands#Special_Outer-Nysdra_Exclusionary_Trade_Agreement|Special Outer-Nysdra Exclusionary Trade Agreement]].

In [[2032]], the Association voted to remove a member for the first time in its history. The [[Unnuaq Mission State]] was deemed to be expeled from the organization effective 8 April [[2032]] following its integration into [[New Harren]].
