While many of the leading figures of the war were awarded with the [[Imperial Order of the Holy Cross]] - an order given for advancing the cause of [[Catholic Church|Catholicism]] or the [[Levantine Union]] - many in [[New Harren]] and [[Quetzenkel]] sought an award specific to the [[Nysdra]] region which commemorated achievements in [[Crona]]. Advocates for such an award believed that it would help build a sense of fraternity among leading, prominent individuals from the NSTA states and help build regional cooperation after the war.
