The Palm Coast Airport Authority (abbreviated as PCAA) (Portuguese: Autoridade do aeroporto de Costa Palma) is the administrator of thirteen airports in Verona. It is an airport authority under the Palm Coast Consortium of Governments created with the consent of the Verona General Assembly to oversee management and operations of all the airports in the Palm Coast region.

The PCAA is a financially self-sustaining public authority whose transportation facilities generate more than $100 billion annually; no state tax dollars are used to fund operations or capital improvements at PCAA facilities. By state law, city police (such as the Sierra Police Department) do not have jurisdiction on PCAA property. Police protection is provided by the Verona State Police and the PCAA Police. Palm Coast Fire Rescue provides fire protection on agency property.
