| The '''Fourth Kin War''' was a conflict which took place between [[Kingdom of the Fhainn|Faneria]] and [[Fiannria]] in 1887-88. It resulted in a surprise Fiannrian victory following the capture of the Fanerian monarch, [[Rethys V Suthar-Màrtainn|Rethys V]] and was a major contributing factor in the rise of anti-monarchy sentiment in Faneria, as well as establishing the modern border between the two states with the exception of [[Whiteglen]].
