The Protocols Act of 2023 is an act of the Concilium Daoni which changed the relationship between Urcea and full members of the Nysdra Sea Treaty Association, which was also amended to reflect the Protocols Act. The Act, which amended the Diplomatic Law and the Foreign Dependencies Law, allows the Ministries of the Concilium Purpaidá to directly interact with full members of NSTA without need of diplomatic protocol or use of the Ministry of State as an intermediary. The act was intended to, in the words of the legislation's sponsor, "more fully integrate the economic and social direction of NSTA members towards the goal of mutual prosperity and security". The bill passed the Concilium Daoni by a vote of 432-40 on March 8th, 2023.

Repeal
The Protocols Act was repealed by the Protocols Act of 2030. The 2030 Act restored the central role of the Ministry of State in interacting with the members of NSTA with the exception of the Department of National and Institutional Development and Agency for Cronan Economic Development.
