This template is intended to make it easier to create an internal link to a category.

It is used as such: {{cat|Collapsible comment system}}, which produces Collapsible comment system.

There is an optional second parameter that allows you to change the displayed name. For example {{cat|Collapsible comment system|CCS}} produces CCS.
