Umcara is a large democratic republic located on the continent of Crona. With a large mainland and several island bodies. Divided into states/provinces. With it's largest city and Capital being Markstone, along with several more notable cities, such as; Iyesgarth, Chaepstow, Bradford, Dewhurst, Haedleigh, Jedborourgh, and Acrine.
Comprised of Germanic & Coscivian settlers from Kronata and Kiravia crossing over a land bridge that existed before the common era, these groups formed multiple clans which eventually united into one republic and divided into states. While not known for having colonies, Umcara is well known for establishing protectorates as well as going on overseas trade expeditions. It is bordered by Paulastra to the East, Dmanian to the North, and while not sharing a land border, Kiravia is considered a neighbor.
Umcara is considered a very well developed country both economically, militarily, and socially. Migrants are known to assimilate well into Umcara. Umcara is invested in multiple large economic and defense organizations.
