Xisheng, officially Xisheng Province is an overseas territory of the Democratic Republic of Corumm located in northern Crona. Although Daxian interaction with regional polities dates back hundreds of years, it only established direct political control after a series of conflicts in the early 21st century.

Daxian policies towards Cronans

To address the current numerical disadvantage of ethnic Daxian, authorities have come up with a number of solutions to disadvantage and dispossess Cronans and permanently stunt their demographic growth.

Fertility cap

Cronan families are required to buy a special child permit and are limited to having one child only. Violation of this regulation carries a jail sentence for the parents and the destruction of any additional children.
