Fyren Raıdhvód III is a Kiravian rancher, businessman, and foreign policy commentator. He is the son of Fyren Raıdhvód II, who served as Chief State Affairs Executive (foreign minister) in the administrations of Kexarin Rénkédar and Irasur Mérovin, and currently heads up the foundation established by his late father, the Kartika-based Raıdhvód Institute for Foreign Policy Studies.
Born in Farpoint in 1986 AD while his father was serving as Ambassador to Paulastra, the junior Raıdhvód was raised primarily in the Ventaryan suburbs of Kartika after his father was appointed Chief State Affairs Executive, but often lived with relatives in Kensonia State and Iunan Province and accompanied his father on some foreign diplomatic trips. He began his career at the Executive for Energy & Civil Research as a compliance officer in the Onshore Natural Gas Office. He would subsequently move to the private sector, joining Kiro-Audonian SakOil, and earned a non-bar-eligible law qualification from the Coscivian Culture University by distance education. At Kiro-Audonian, he worked in government relations, helping the company to secure gas exploration rights and favourable treatment by local authorities in the countries where it operates. During this time, he also began investing in livestock, rangeland, and residential real estate in the inland Kiravian West, primarily his ancestral home of Kensonia.
After his father's death, the junior Raıdhvód succeeded the elder as President of the latter's foundation, the Raıdhvód Institute for Foreign Policy Studies in Kartika, which offers fellowships to fund independent research on international relations and provides unsolicited advice to Kiravian policymakers.
