Belactrum (Banlieueregis Belactrum), is a Province of Caphiria located in the Eastern Imperium. To the north lies the Urlazian Sea, and the provinces of Cesindes to the east, Novetra to the west, and Pescorto to the south. Belactrum has a population of xx million making it is the xth-most populous province, and its capital is Biellanze.
