Infobox cycling race report provides an overview and summary of a cycling race report article. It was designed for road races, however can be used for any discipline and can be amended to accommodate other disciplines if this helps; please suggest changes on the talk page.

date | Date(s) of the race. Use {{Start date}} (and {{End date}}) (see MOS:DATERANGE) |
stages | Must put in 1 for a one-day race |
distance | Distance of race - just the number |
unit | Unit of measurement of distance - typically km or mi: the template will then automatically work out a conversion |
time | Total time of the race winner |
type | For a championship event where medals are awarded, enter medals |
