Arcer wine is wine produced in the Cronan nation of Arcerion. Norham and Foxhey are the two largest wine-producing governorates in Canada, with over sixty percent of Arcerion's vineyard acreage situated in Norham. There is also limited wine production in Arcerion's other governorates, with the exception of Howland due to its Arctic climate.

In 2020 Arcerion produced 62.1 million liters of wine, with roughly two-thirds originating from Norham Governorate. The second largest wine-producing region in Foxhey contributed twenty percent of the production.

Arcerion produces a variety of wines, both white and red, and is notable for the high quality dark red wines that it grows in the Arcer Moorlands in the Southern portions of Norham near the Aileach Foothills. Arcerion also is home to several fruit wineries and meaderies, but these are more common in Northlea due to its warmer climate and greater availability of fruits less suited for the Arcer coastline.

History

Arcer wine has been produced for over 200 years, beginning with some of the earliest settlement of the Carnish Colony in Crona. The earliest settlers in Kurst, Kinnaird, and Chester-on-Moore tried to cultivate grapes from Levantia, which ultimately failed due to the Arcer climate and rough coastal weather. Over time, focuses on more hardy species of grapes yielded better results, and after the First Bush War, the colony had enough territory in the more permissive Norham Governorate, where these grapes and vineyards thrived.

The first commercial winery, and Arcerion's oldest, the Aileach Vineyard, opened in 1833 and remains open today as the largest wine producer in Southern Crona.

Wine and vineyard technology continued to expand and increase as the Arcer focus on farming and agriculture bred better results, harvests, and qualities of wines. With the settlement of Foxhey and its warm seasonal weather, there was a renaissance for Arcer winemakers in the late 1800s, resulting in Arcer wine becoming a sought after commodity in central Crona, Sarpedon, and parts of Levantia, where it was seen as an alternative to wine from Burgundie or Aciria.
