Symbols
The flag of Issyria is notable for its depiction of a snake, despite the widely-known fact that snakes are not found in Great Kirav, having been driven from the island continent by Saint Brendan. The "snake" is actually a mistaken reference to the nalušuv, a species of aquatic troglobite amphibian native to subterranean pools across karstic regions of South Kirav.
