The Soleil Prestige (badged as the Soleil Distinction in Levantia) is a series of luxury mid-size executive cars sold by Soleil since the turn of the 21st century. It falls midrange in the Soleil line-up and is the successor to the Stargazer.

Historically, the Prestige is Soleil's best-selling model, with more than ¾ of a million sold by the 2013 generation shift. Sitting quite comfortably in its segment, the Prestige fills a few niches around the world, from everyday private use to commercial to public/government use. Its high fuel economy compared to its power output makes it a popular model among many. Standard with a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline 4-cyliner engine, the car puts out 205 kilowatts (275 hp). Buyers can opt up for a 3.5-liter twin turbo V6 that outputs 280 kilowatts (380 hp). Even further, Soleil offers a specialized version of the Prestige, marqued as the Prestige S, which features a 4.0-liter twin turbo V8 that outputs 450 kilowatts (600 hp), and is the fastest production sedan offered by the company. All generations of the Prestige have offered either rear-wheel drive or Soleil's quattro four-wheel drive system.
