Saint Exuperius University is a Catholic private research university based in Trispen, Eusa. It is the oldest university in the Kiravian overseas island state, and the second-largest by enrollment after the public Eusa State University.
The Institute for Insular Affairs Scholarship is a special research unit associated with the university's Faculty of Nissology that conducts high-level research into the economic, social, public policy, and cultural dimensions of insularity and island life. It also issues 4° qualifications to scholars working in these areas. It publishes the Journal of the New Nissology through the St. Exuperius University Press.
