Kētka (also Ketkua, Ketkēa) is a concept in many Coscivian cultures relating to an attitude. Though often translated as slack, it is not considered to have a literal Ænglish equivalent.

Kētka is less prominent in the culture of the Eshavian Coscivians and Antaric Coscivians.

Some scholars of industrial psychology hypothesise that kētka has been a significant drag on Kiravian economic development in modern times, negatively impacting performance, efficiency, and innovation.
