Qiu Heng was a Corummese military officer and politician who served as the second president of the Republic of Corumm, succeeding Dai Hanjian. He oversaw the strengthening of the union between the military and the NRF and extended the latters political dominance and networks of patronage, fiercely persecuted leftists and orchestrated the reduction of Rusana to a rump puppet state.
