Society and Culture
The territory of Intravia extends into both the North Coast and Mid-Continental cultural regions of Great Kirav, and the state's culture draws primarily from these two regional cultures and the contributions of various Coscivian ethnic groups that have settled in the state. Vôtaska's culture, demographics, geography, lifestyle, and politics are similar to that of its western neighbour, Vôtaska, with both Vôtaskans and Intravians affectionately referring to theirs as "the Twin States" (Medhliārkæ).
Ethnosocial Groups
Intravia was settled mainly by Arnórian and Norborian Coscivians moving westward along the North Coast from Irovasdra, Vrykróva, and northern Kastera after these lands were depopulated in the Cromwelute Genocide, and by Kiryaniv Coscivians moving northwest from the former United Provinces. These waves of settlers were augmented by Antaric Coscivians, Northern Coscivians, Æran Coscivians, and Sēoran Coscivians during the Great Crossing, as well as Taństan Coscivians, Meridian Finns, and Kiravian Celts.
Economy
The ice trade was a major source of economic growth in Intravia.
