Qiu Heng (May 16 1896-July 18 1964) was a Daxian military officer and politician who served as the second president of the Republic of Daxia, succeeding Dai Hanjian. He oversaw the strengthening of the union between the military and the NRF and extended the latters political dominance and networks of patronage, fiercely persecuted leftists and orchestrated the reduction of Rusana to a rump puppet state.
