Agency for Ethics and Oversight

The Agency for Ethics and Oversight is responsible for overseeing the ethical and lawful behavior of members of the national Government of Urcea. It sets policies for ethical behavior and investigates breaches of ethics and the law by members of the government. Unlike other Agency heads, the Agency for Ethics and Oversight is nominated by the Chancellor and Temporary President only after the nominee is approved by the minority leader of the Conshilía Daoni, ensuring that the Agency remains relatively independent.

Agency for Ecclesiastical Correctional Affairs

The Agency for Ecclesiastical Correctional Affairs is responsible for the management of Ecclesiastical prisons, two medium-security prisons responsible for ordained members of the clergy convicted of crimes. These facilities are jointly overseen by the Agency and the office of Censor to ensure fair and appropriate treatment for members of the clergy, with the Agency providing administration for the facilities and the Censorial Department for Ecclesiastical Crime Management providing for the spiritual correction and rehabilitative programming of those incarcerated.
