Aventine Downs is a gated residential community in the city of New Venceia, Alexandria. Located in the city's Sagittaria Beach district, the neighborhood spans 400 hectares (990 acres) along Alexandria's northeastern coastline. It was developed by QV Properties of Caphiria and is one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Cartadania, with homes often selling for at least €7 million. Due to the upscale nature of the Sagittaria Beach district as a whole, the area often sees a lot of tourism, both domestic and international, and Aventine Downs is often the subject and setting of media and some films, similar to its neighboring sister community, Valerian Sands.
