Revolutionary Guerrilla Triads
The Revolutionary Guerrilla Triads or RG3s are a violent non-state actor active in several areas of Crona, where they have waged asymmetric guerrilla campaigns against non-Cronan intervention and expansion on the continent, with a particular focus on combatting the Kiravian Federacy and its local allies.

History
The Revolutionary Guerrilla Triads evolved out of the Sharkota Resistance Warriors, organised among the Sharkota people, whose traditional homeland is spread across what is now Upper Porfíria, the Province of North Hemiborea, and the Northeast Territory in Kiravian Cusinaut. The SRW had been fighting against Kiravian colonisation of the Sharkota lands for almost thirty years with little success until the rise of a fighter by the name of Dances With Tigers. Convinced that the SRW's strategy of waging a medium-intensity war of attrition to delay the advance of colonial rule was hopeless, Dances With Tigers embraced a more aggressive set of tactics, which were often terroristic in nature and sought to strike fear into the Coscivian colonists and physically eliminate them and their settlements wherever possible. After climbing rapidly through the ranks of the group's leadership, Dances With Tigers imposed a new, more comprehensive ideology on the organisation, transforming it away from being a mere tribal militia and toward being a Pan-Cronan revolutionary organisation fighting for the complete banishment of colonialism and colonists from the Cronan continent. He introduced a new model of command structure and discipline based on triads - cells of three fighters - as the basic combat unit, with progressively larger units being made up of higher and higher multiples of three triads. He also expanded recruitment beyond the Sharkota tribe, attracting large numbers of Netansettns, Mannakee, Algonquonans, and Eskimaux into the group.
Now operating under its current name, the Revolutionary Guerrilla Triads quickly expanded the scope of their operations, operating across national and colonial borders, and carrying out many high-casualty attacks, several of which were against targets previously regarded as "safe" by Kiravian strategists, such as bridges and skyscrapers in Érskinsar and large Kiravian military bases in Porfíria. This invited swift and effective reprisal from Kiravian forces, who succeeded in driving the group out of the ethnic Sharkota communities where they once operated openly, forcing them to take refuge in various native Cronan states and in the poorly-policed frontiers of foreign colonies. Dances With Tigers himself was killed in what is now Kantaska by Kiravian Army Rangers in 21194. Under the leadership of Dances With Tigers' son, Prances With Panthers, the RG3s became a mainly underground organisation, focused on smaller-scale attacks and acts of sabotage in more thoroughly-colonised parts of Kiravian-held territory, and on propaganda and recruitment operations among indigenous people.
In 21197, Prances With Panthers was captured by the Kiravian Army at a strip club in the Green River Colony. He would be succeeded by one of his lieutenants, Beto "the Gryphon". Unlike previous leaders of the organisation, Beto was not an ethnic Sharkota, and his exact origins remain uncertain, though according to an extensive analytical report declassified by the Federal Intelligence Service in 21204, he is most likely of mixed Cronan and settler ancestry and was probably either born or educated in a Lusophone country.
Finances
According to the Kiravian Federal Intelligence Service, the RG3s obtain funding from a variety of means, including criminal activities such as illegal mining, drug cultivation and trafficking, extortion of and forcible requisitioning from local populations, human trafficking, and counterfeiting. They are also suspected of receiving significant financial backing from Varshan.
