1983 Noborean Nuclear Test

The 1983 Arctic Nuclear Test was a weapons test secretly carried out by the Vithinjan state. It resulted directly in severe international sanctions from most of the great powers and indirectly the ousting and replacement of the current Vithinjan regime and the end of Vithinjan isolationism.
