Marín-Helius S.A., doing business as MarínHelius, is a Cartadanian multinational oil and gas corporation headquartered in Rosslyn, Verona. It is the largest direct descendant of CartOil and was formed on 30 April 2002 by the merger of Marín (formerly CartOil of Victoria) and Helius (formerly Common Oil of Alexandria). MarínHelius's primary brands are Marín, Helius, Luson Oil, and MarínHelius Chemical. MarínHelius is incorporated in Verona.
One of the world's largest companies by revenue, MarínHelius from 1990 to 2023 varied from the first to sixth-largest publicly traded company by market capitalization. MarínHelius was the tenth most profitable company in the Fortune 500 in 2023. As of 2024, the company ranked second in the Fortune 500 rankings of the largest Cartadanian corporations by total revenue.
MarínHelius is one of the largest of the world's oil companies. As of 2024, it had a daily production of 5.165 million BOE (barrels of oil equivalent). MarínHelius's reserves were 206 billion BOE at the end of 2023. With 40 oil refineries in 21 countries constituting a combined daily refining capacity of 5.2 million barrels (830,000 m3), MarínHelius is the largest refiner in the world.
