'Cärssund' is a large city on the Vithinjan isles. It is the 6th largest Vithinjan city by population.
While Cärssund is not the largest harbour in North Levantia, it is by far the largest deep water harbour, making it strategically important, especially to a navy as reliant on u-boats as Vithinja.
