The origins of Alainfisal date back to 1843, when it was established by Bashem ibn Salentin Al-Zahri Erdarwazi Mubayd as a reactionary response to the branch of Islam known as Shazitnâmeh Isma'ilism practiced in Zaclaria. Al-Zahri, a vehement critic of the ambilineal line of succession within Shazitnâmeh, especially took exception to the ascendance of Soraya Al-Fassara ibn Hedayati as a leader during the Battle of Apostate Zaclaria in the 7th century. Al-Zahri held the belief that women were fundamentally unsuited to serve as imams, leading him to declare a jihad against the Zaclarian state, accusing them of being takfir, or apostates from Islam. Al-Zahri's jihadist teachings included a belief in the religious sanctity of killing non-combatants, which he propagated as a core tenet of his newly established organization. The disapproval of Caphirian rule was cited as the primary motivator behind his teachings and the subsequent actions of the organization.

Alainfisal marked its initial operations with a high-profile assassination of Abbas Zedrah, a renowned Zaclarian scholar and reformist. Zedrah was notable for his efforts to reconcile traditional Islam with the changing dynamics of the modern world. His push for liberal reforms and modernization within Zaclaria was met with vehement opposition from Alainfisal. Zedrah was assassinated on his way to deliver a public lecture in Zaclaria's capital, sending shockwaves through the nation and introducing Alainfisal as a major force to be reckoned with.
